Douglas is currently advising and producing for SXSW's new digital TV initiative SXSW ON, as well as hosting "SX Studio" the live broadcast from SXSW Live 2015, hosting for Mercedes-Benz TV and producing the Myspace Wilcox Sessions. He's an exciting TV personality, producer and media advisor helping to build big brands across multiple platforms. Caballero has hosted, produced, directed and written hundreds of hours of unscripted TV, docu-series, and web shows. 

As show runner and host at Al Gore’s Emmy Award winning Current TV where Douglas hosted, created and produced 7 TV shows: hosted series, vérité documentaries, and short format daily programming. He even spoke with VP Al Gore at numerous public events.

As a health advocate, he is a spokesperson and member of the Board of Directors for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America, CCFA Greater Los Angeles & Orange County Chapter Member-At-Large.

As entrepreneur, Douglas is partner in entertainment social media firm, Bring it! Media, amplifying celebrity and media company engagement across social and news sites; and he is partner in high tech angel investment firm, Bocadillos LLC.

Douglas has covered the world of pop culture for Yahoo!; he hosted/produced his own political show for YouTube’s largest news network The Young Turks; he hosted VEVO’s music competition series; and he was the anchor of The CW’s National Morning Show.

During his time as a host, he has interviewed many notable and influential figures from the world of pop culture such as WU-TANG CLAN, CONGRESSMAN JOHN HALL, WILL.I.AM, KELLY SLATER, SHEPARD FAIREY, MOBY, MARK RONSON, JANE’S ADDICTION, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, ANDREW WK, DAVID BANNER and DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE.

To tell his on-camera stories, Douglas has traveled the world and to many of the most important media events including THE 2008 DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION, THE 2008 REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION, SXSW, LOLLAPALOOZA, BONNARROO, CANNES MIDEM, and AUSTIN CITY LIMITS MUSIC FEST and he has worked with organizations and brands like ROCK THE VOTE, ONE CAMPAIGN, KELLY SLATER FOUNDATION and MICROSOFT.

As a commercial actor, Douglas has also starred in CANNES and EPICA AWARD-WINNING international TV commercials such as Nike, Miller Lite and Corona.

Douglas currently lives in Los Angeles and is an avid blues harmonica player and karaoke fanatic.
